Exchange Policy

At Vanshy People Fast, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Eligibility

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags intact.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Email us at our support address with your order number and reason for exchange.
  2. Our team will review your request and share return instructions within 1–2 business days.
  3. Ship the item back to us using the provided address.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will dispatch the replacement within 3–5 business days.

Exchange Conditions

  • Exchanges are available for a different size or colour of the same product, subject to availability.
  • If the desired item is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.
  • Shipping charges for returning the item are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Items purchased during sale or with a discount code are not eligible for exchange.
  • Innerwear, socks, and accessories are non-exchangeable for hygiene reasons.
  • Items that are damaged, washed, or altered will not be accepted.

Defective or Wrong Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
