Exchange Policy
At Vanshy People Fast, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Eligibility
- Exchange requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags intact.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
How to Request an Exchange
- Email us at our support address with your order number and reason for exchange.
- Our team will review your request and share return instructions within 1–2 business days.
- Ship the item back to us using the provided address.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will dispatch the replacement within 3–5 business days.
Exchange Conditions
- Exchanges are available for a different size or colour of the same product, subject to availability.
- If the desired item is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.
- Shipping charges for returning the item are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.
Non-Exchangeable Items
- Items purchased during sale or with a discount code are not eligible for exchange.
- Innerwear, socks, and accessories are non-exchangeable for hygiene reasons.
- Items that are damaged, washed, or altered will not be accepted.
Defective or Wrong Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
